Do you direct bill to insurance?

Yes, we offer direct billing to most insurance providers. Please bring your insurance card or policy details to your appointment so we can process your claim.

Do you accept the Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP)?

Yes, we accept CDCP. Please let us know when booking so we can ensure proper billing.

Do you accept new patients?

Yes — all of our clinics are currently accepting new patients, and we’d be happy to welcome you to our dental family.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept debit, credit, cash, and e-transfers. Payment is due at the time of service unless direct billing arrangements are made.

Do you have a cancellation policy?

Yes. We reserve time with our dentists and hygienists just for you and your dental needs. In the case that you are unable to make your appointment we do ask for at least 2 business days’ notice. Please call the office and they will be able to help find a time for you to rebook.

How do I book an appointment?

You can book online, call your preferred clinic, or visit us clinic in person.

What should I bring to my first appointment?

Please bring your health card, insurance details, and any recent dental records or x-rays.

How early should I arrive for my appointment?

We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes early to allow time for check-in.

Do you follow the provincial dental fee guide?

Yes. The Alberta Dental Fee Guide is a document that outlines the suggested prices for dental services in Alberta. It is released and updated by the Alberta Dental Association and College every year on January 1st. This fee guide is what most insurance companies use when deciding how much to cover, and is what most dental offices follow.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes — we offer flexible payment options for larger treatments. Our team will work with you to find a solution that suits your budget while ensuring you receive the care you need.

How do I know what my dental insurance will cover and what I’ll need to pay?

Our team is happy to work with you and your insurance provider to answer your questions and guide you through the process. We provide detailed estimates outlining what your plan covers and what your portion will be, so there are no financial surprises.

How can I get my dental records transferred to you?

You can request your dental records from your previous clinic, and they can send copies directly to us. Most offices will ask you to complete a consent form before releasing your records.

Do you offer payment plans for Invisalign?

Yes — we offer one- and two-year payment plans for Invisalign, along with incentives for patients who choose to pay in full. Your dental administrator can provide full details and help find the option that works best for you.
